Volkswagen Golf 2017 2.0L R (280 HP) Overview

One of seven variants in the Golf range, the R is a worthy alternative to the popular Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG . Priced at BHD 15,300, the R is fitted with a 2 liter engine that channels 280 hp and 380 Nm of twisting force to an All Wheel Drive layout. Married to a 6 Speed transmission and weighing 1,358 kg, the R packs a max speed of 250 km/h and hits the 100 km/h mark in 5.5 secs. Trunk capacity measures in at 275 liters, while measurements of 4.2 meters, 1.8 meters, and 1.5 meters denote its length, width, and height respectively.
