Quick Review

The 2013 Toyota Camry has been redesigned with new or noted features being an automatic transmission, better mileage and a much larger trunk. Competitors to the Camry, which is classed as a family sedan, include the Honda Accord, Nissan Altima and the Ford Fusion.

The vehicle has kept similar styling to the previous models but it is much lighter and a great deal more efficient when it comes to fuel. One of the principal differences is large bumper inlets along with the tail lights which are now shaped like a boomerang. The body work has also received a much more sporting appearance. The vehicle is aimed at the family market and is offered in four trims. As standard you get a four cylinder engine complete with automatic transmission.

Handling is good with help from an electronic stability system and anti-lock disc brakes with the option of adding on a blind spot warning system. Included as standard safety measures include ten airbags which includes front and rear side impact and front knee airbags.

The 2013 Toyota Camry offers a larger luggage space and all of the trim levels come with a 60/40 split with rear folding seat. Included in the standard model is a 6.1 inch screen as navigation, power window locks, cruise control and air conditioning. The standard model is powered by a 2.5 liter four cylinder engine with six speed automatic transmission and paddle shifters in the SE version.

All in all, a great family sedan, excellent resale value and low maintenance costs.
