New Jeep Wrangler will have power-retractable roof

Good news! Jeep is working on the next-gen Wrangler and the new model will still be catered to pure off-roading. However, this new model will be more comfortable as compared to the current Wrangler.  This is because Jeep wants a broader customer base for Wrangler. But what’s even better than a luxury Wrangler, an automated roof Wrangler. Yes, according to Road and Track, Jeep is developing a power-retractable top for the Wrangler for both 2-door and 4-door versions. It is also reported that the next model may also ditch its folding windshield for improved safety and possibly even get rid of its rear-mounted, full-size spare tire.
